Story
Hi! My name is Olivia, and for my 10th Birthday, I will be cutting my hair to donate to wigs for kids with Alopecia.
I’m fundraising for the Alopecia Awareness Association because this cause is very close to my heart—my amazing sister, Aubrey has Alopecia.
Alopecia is an autoimmune condition that causes hair loss, and it can be really hard—especially for kids. My sister is brave, beautiful, and strong, but I’ve seen how tough it can be when people don’t understand what she’s going through.
That’s why I want to help. 💪
By raising money, I hope to:
• Help more people learn about what Alopecia really is.
• Support other kids who are going through the same thing.
• Show my sister—and others like her—that they are never alone.

(AAAF), is established to be the national Australia body supporting research to find a cure or acceptable treatment for all forms of Alopecia Areata, support those with the disease and their families, and inform the public about all forms of Alopecia Areata.
Our Service philosophy is to give each person the best chance of managing their alopecia journey positively, the whole family and each individual needs to be supported to manage their unique experience.
